The NH Research NHR 9300-100 High-Voltage Battery Test System is an advanced, versatile testing system for high-demand applications in the automotive, aerospace, energy, and industrial sectors. It provides a strong platform for OEMs, Tier 1, 2, and 3 manufacturers, universities, government agencies, and testing labs around the world, allowing for flexibility from research and development to production and end-of-life testing.
This system can generate power ranging from 100kW to an amazing 2.4MW thanks to its modular and scalable design. It can handle both lower power and higher power applications in a single system because of to its dual voltage range capability of 600V and 1,200V. This adaptability removes the requirement for specially designed solutions by allowing customers to manage a range of test situations with a single platform. With full power capabilities spanning from 300V to 1,200V, the NHR 9300-100 is perfect for a variety of battery testing applications.
With a regenerative power architecture that exceeds 95% efficiency, the system ensures little energy loss while in operation. Its state-of-the-art 100% Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology ensures precise and reliable testing results by enabling rapid transient speeds with a slew rate of less than 2 milliseconds. To improve safety and dependability during testing, the system also has a pre-charge circuit, a reverse polarity checker, and a fully integrated battery cycler with integrated isolation contactor relays.
The NHR 9300-100 has various options for control and operation: a big visual touch panel; LabVIEW; IVI Drivers; SCPI; and specialized battery test software like NI BTS Software or Enerchron®. Users don't need to be very skilled in programming to build, monitor, and report on charge/discharge profiles thanks to these features. Apart from its fundamental functions, the system is furnished with sophisticated digital measuring attributes, furnishing synchronized, high-resolution samples of voltage, current, amp-hours, and watt-hours.This data is always accessible and can be downloaded for more thorough examination.
